White Christmas

Officially a white Christmas means a single snowflake seen falling at an observing station on 25 December, so it is much more common than snow actually lying on the ground. Snow lying on Christmas morning is rare across the south coast. The counter above shows the days remaining, and once Christmas is within the forecast range the snow chance above will cover it.
